Yes. To process a refund, you have to search the user in the User support section using their user ID. This is due to GDPR regulations, as all other user information is sensitive. You can locate the User ID by downloading any report that includes transactions, such as shop records or receipts.
Additionally, please keep in mind that when you search for a deleted user, you will encounter a message stating "Member does not exist in your member list", but you can still access the "Shop offers" tab to initiate the refund process.
